Bikram Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates Studio
Our studio’s inclusive and welcoming environment brings about new possibilities for people interested in their physical and mental well-being. Our fun challenges bring forth a community full of people with the same goals. Therefore it is extremely motivating and alleviates the discomfort of having to progress on your own. In 2019, we introduced 30, 60, and 90-day challenges for people to immerse themselves in an exhilarating yet positive environment by doing Bikram and Hot Pilates classes every day. People who conquered these challenges got rewarded with prizes and wrote their names on our studio’s “wall of fame”. But most importantly, they transformed their health and reconstructed their mindset for the better.
In March of 2020, when COVID-19 struck New York, we quickly shifted to remote classes and small “self-practice” sessions in our studio’s hot room. Nonetheless, amid times of struggle and social isolation, we tried our best to bring everyone together in other ways and our students stayed resilient.
When restrictions lifted, we re-opened the studio and brought back regular classes- ensuring that everyone practices in safe conditions.
Along with Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates, we offer other styles of yoga such as Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Yin Yoga for individuals looking to expand their practice. We occasionally host educational workshops as well.
We believe every student will be drawn to certain yoga teachers, using them as a guide, mentor, and inspiration to keep a consistent yoga practice. All of our teachers have their own authentic and powerful presence that shapes every student’s learning experience.
Yoga Hell Brooklyn has become a Hotspot (no pun intended) for people to get their groove on and a safe space for distraction from their busy lives. Yoga Hell has the potential for strangers to come together as a family in their so-called “second home”.
Katia still believes that giving people introductory discounts brings good karma. Everybody remembers their first yoga class, so consider bringing yourself and a dear friend who you think is in need of some good yoga!
